Hudlyn

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026

Hudlyn connects founders with physicians for paid, one-hour business advisory sessions. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

Recordings and transcripts

Sessions are recorded for the participants' own benefit, so both of you can look back at what was said. Recordings can be streamed inside Hudlyn by the two participants and cannot be downloaded. We do not read, mine or sell your conversations. A small number of senior staff can open a specific session's recording or transcript only when it is needed to resolve a dispute about that session; every such access is logged internally with the reason.

Recording consent is shown before every session. Sessions are business advice, not medical care: please do not discuss identifiable patient information.

How we use your information

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of providers to run Hudlyn: hosting (Vercel), database and sign-in (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and our video and transcription providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Keeping and deleting data

If you close your account, your profile is removed from Hudlyn straight away. We keep records of sessions, payments and invoices for as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to erase your personal information entirely; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can see and edit your profile at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email hello@hudlyn.com.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
