Hudlyn

Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Hudlyn (“we”) when you use hudlyn.com. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@hudlyn.com.

What Hudlyn is

Hudlyn lets founders book paid, one-hour video sessions with physicians for business advice about products, markets and clinical workflows. Sessions are not medical care. No physician–patient relationship is created, and nothing said in a session is medical advice for any individual. Do not share identifiable patient information.

Accounts

Booking and payment

Cancellations and no-shows

Recording

Sessions are recorded and transcribed for both participants. By joining a session you consent to this. How recordings are stored and who can access them is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Disputes

If something went wrong with a session, raise an issue from the session page instead of confirming it. We will hold the payment while we review it and tell both sides plainly what we decide.

Coins

Founders may earn coins. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be used to pay for sessions or fees.

Acceptable use

Be respectful. Do not harass anyone, misrepresent who you are, scrape the site, or use Hudlyn to send spam. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Hudlyn provides the platform; the advice in a session comes from the physician. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a session, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and closing your account

You can close your account at any time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
